1. Scope
Surfaced AI ("Provider") will build and manage the Client’s AI Visibility System: (a) a promotable website, (b) a forum presence system, (c) a social media system, and (d) AI source targeting across the platforms and directories that inform AI assistant answers. Work beyond these four systems is an add on and is quoted before it begins.
2. Fees and payment
Three fees, each $399. Build fee, $399, due now. It starts the build, which typically takes one to two days. Launch fee, $399, due only after the Client has reviewed and approved the build. It takes everything live. Management fee, $399 per month, beginning at launch, for ongoing management, expansion and optimization of the system. The monthly fee is cancellable at any time.
3. Approval and revisions
Nothing is published until the Client approves it. Two rounds of revisions are included in the build. Additional rounds are $150 each.
4. Timeline
Work begins once Provider has the signed agreement, the build fee, and the materials and access needed. Client delays extend the timeline.
5. Ownership and delivery
The Client owns the website and its content once paid. Provider will deliver a full export of the finished site at no charge so the Client may host it anywhere. The domain always belongs to the Client.
6. Domain and accounts
The Client owns and is responsible for their domain and grants the access needed to connect it. Provider is not responsible for third party platform outages, policy changes, or account actions taken by those platforms.
7. Cancellation
The monthly management fee may be cancelled at any time by email. It stops at the end of the current billing period and there is no cancellation fee. On cancellation the Client keeps the website and receives a full export. The build and launch fees are non refundable once the corresponding work has begun.
8. Results and liability
Provider does not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic level, placement in AI assistant answers, lead volume, or business result. AI systems change their behavior without notice and no provider controls their output. Provider’s total liability is limited to the fees actually paid. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.
